Shipping Policy
At Isabella México, we work to ensure you receive your products quickly, securely, and without complications. Below you will find all the information regarding delivery times, costs, and tracking.
Scope and Delivery Times
Mexico: 3–7 business days
United States: 3–12 business days
The times begin from the shipping confirmation. During peak season or due to reasons beyond Isabella México's control, delays may occur.
Once shipped, you can track your order in the "Track my order" menu.
If you have not received your order after 30 days, please contact us so our team can personally assist you.
Order Preparation
Preparation time: 1-4 business days from payment confirmation.
Orders placed Friday afternoon, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
The cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and weight/volume.
Free shipping on orders over MXN 500 or USD 30.
Tracking and Delivery
We will send you an email with the tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.
Deliveries are made during business hours. If you are not available, the carrier will make a second attempt or indicate the nearest pickup point.
Addresses and Changes
Please check that your address is complete and correct before finalizing your purchase.
If you need to modify the address and the order has not yet been shipped, please write to us as soon as possible at isabellamexicostore@gmail.com.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated absence, reshipment may incur additional costs.
If a refund is requested for this reason, an amount of $250 will be deducted corresponding to shipping and administration costs.
Incidents, Damage, or Loss
If your order arrives damaged or with signs of tampering, please notify us as soon as possible at isabellamexicostore@gmail.com, attaching photos of the packaging and the product.
If the shipment appears as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us to open an incident with the carrier.
International Shipments and Customs
Orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, duties, or fees, which will be borne by the customer.
Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures.
Split Orders and Pre-sale Products
To optimize times, we can split the order into several shipments at no additional cost.
For pre-sale products, the delivery time will be indicated on the product page. The complete order will be shipped when the pre-sale item is available (unless you indicate otherwise).
