At Isabella, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order under these conditions:
Time Limit
You have 30 days from the receipt of the order to request a return.
Product Conditions
The item must be in perfect condition, without signs of excessive use, and with original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
Shipping Costs
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the costs and manage the replacement or refund.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@isabellamexico.com with your order number and reason.
- We will send you the instructions and the shipping address.
- Package the product securely and send it.
Refund
Once we receive and verify that it meets the conditions, we will process a full refund of the amount paid for the product(s) within 5–7 business days, using the same payment method.
If the return does not meet the indicated conditions, we will inform you to arrange for the item to be resent (costs borne by the customer).
